Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If your shipment was damaged contact us within two business days explaining the extent of the damage. Neither the delivery carrier nor Equine Nutrition will be held liable for damaged good after 48 hours of receipt. Prices are subject to change without notice but we update our site often and will endeavor to keep you apprised of any changes in product prices or shipping rates. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We rarely have any complains about broken or damaged products. All orders will be a flat rate of:

$8.00 shipping within Canada's Western provinces
$10.00 for Ontario and Quebec
$12.00 for Maritime provinces

USA orders will be charged a flat rate of $20.00 and will be shipped via Canada Post.

International orders will be subject to full freight costs - please call for quote. 1-866-273-4534

Any orders that are requested to be shipped to a Post Office box or RR number will be sent by Canada Post as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or RR addresses. This may increase delivery time.

We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal at the checkout.  You will receive an email with your order number to be used for tracking after the order has been shipped.
