Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, we use Canada Post (transfers to USPS for USA) ground for International orders and we will have those rates on the site soon. Call for quotes for shipping Internationally and World Wide. 

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an order number with your receipt.  Use your order number in the "track your order" section of the site and it will give you information about your order.

How long will it take to get my order?
Of course that would depend on where you live and the type of shipping you choose. But with UPS ground in Canada you can expect your parcel within 3 to 7 days. Further destinations may require up to an additional 5 days before delivery is made.

What if something is damaged when I open my order?
Generally this would not happen but if the product is unusable or leaked out of the container you must notify us immediate (maximum 48 hours) in order to receive a replacement product. If you wait too long our hands are tied and we are unable to put in a claim for a damaged shipment from UPS or Canada Post and we will not be able send you a replacement product.

Can I return unused product?
If you have not opened the product or damaged it in any way then yes you can return it for a refund. You will not be eligible for a refund on your shipping costs for delivery or return and a small restocking fee will be charged.

Can I get some advice from you?
Our product information is listed on the site with good detail but we recommend you contact your veterinarian or health care professional for specific diagnosis and advice.

Do you have a product that supports the immune system and helps with stress?
We have several horse supplement products that contain antioxidants, phytonutrients, bioflavonoids and polyphenols to help support the immune system, increase vitality and overall horse health. Some of these equine health products are Pure Bee Pollen, Pure Bioflavonoids, ChondroFlex, Echinacea Plus, Pure Grape Seed Extract, Kelp, Recoverex, Vitamin C and Vitamin E and others. As you can see many of our products including some that will support the lymphatic system and support the horses ability to repair itself with natural minerals and deciding which product would depend on other extenuating details that would determine which product would suit your situation. Your veterinarian or health care professional may be able to assist you the best equestrian supplies necessary.

How can I sort through your products for something in particular?
There is a search box on each site page that can be used to look for specific items or ingredients you require.

What products should I avoid giving my pregnant mare?
Very few of our products are harmful for pregnant mares on our site, but there are two products that should be avoided during pregnancy: Devils Claw and Shark Cartilage and over feeding of Selenium. (Please consult your veterinarian).

Are there any limits to know about with these supplements?
Yes, you should always get professional advice from your veterinarian but one warning we could give you is do not give excessive selenium. Check all the different food sources to make sure you are not giving too much selenium.
